This weekend sees us beginning to prepare for our Easter celebrations here at Encounter Kids by looking at how Jesus made His way to Jerusalem and was anointed at Bethany. As always, there will be worship, a Bible story, a memory verse and lots of fun along the way.

We are now in the middle of celebrating one of our favourite times of the year, Christmas!
During the weeks of December, here at Encounter Kids, we are spending time learning about all the different people who were part of God’s amazing plan to welcome baby Jesus into the world. Today we continue to look at the story of Christmas as we hear the story of Jesus and the Shepherds.

Today we begin to celebrate our favourite time of the year, Christmas!
Over the next few weeks we’re going to spend time learning about all the different people who were part of God’s amazing plan to welcome baby Jesus into the world.
We have a special Christmas song as well as looking at the story of Mary and Joseph and what it meant for them when God chose them to be Jesus’ parents.
