This is a book that we have discovered recently by a church leader who writes with experience of his own personal struggles as well as those of people he has worked with. He uses simply, the four emotions Jesus spoke of in the gospels which can so easily control us as human beings. They include guilt, anger, greed and jealousy. He tackles this subject from a refreshingly different angle and brings alive the way in which any of us can be ‘undone’ once in the grip of one or more of these emotions. He calls them the enemies of the heart because that is what they are.

We recommend this book to you if you recognise that you are someone who struggles with any of the above OR if you are unaware of your particular issue but long to be free of repeated behavioural patterns that seem to overwhelm you and those closest to you.
