Take a look at this video which explains a little of what Kintsugi means and how this course can help us all discover treasure in life’s scars.

Start date will be Thursday 13th January and will run for 12 weeks over Zoom, each session lasting 1hr – 1hr 15mins max.

The topics covered will include; disappointment and loss, anxiety, anger, perfectionism, shame, forgiveness, self-acceptance, resilience.

The group is not a place for therapy or counselling, or just for those with poor mental health, we are not trained professionals but can signpost you to further help and support if needed.

The group is however, a welcoming, non-judgemental, safe space providing tools for self-management and healthy wellbeing so we can grow and flourish and take good care of our mental and emotional wellbeing.

It is for anyone of all faiths, and with no faith.

It can give you insights and help with your understanding if you are supporting friends/family members with their mental and emotional health.

Sunday at 10 am

Encounter meets every Sunday in Winchcombe for celebrations that start at 10:00 am and that last about 90 minutes. They are informal, welcoming and involve a mix of spirit-filled worship, relevant and real Bible teaching, communion and prayer ministry.

Encounter Kids will take place during the talk allowing the kids to have their own input with creative crafts and stories whilst the parents have quality time to focus on the talk.
