“For the One”
Vision Sunday is a time for us to explore where we have been, what we believe the Lord is calling us to and where we will be going in the future.
At Encounter, we believe that we exist for the Glory of God and for people who don’t yet know Him. Most importantly we want God’s vision for Encounter to be our vision, a vision where we are committed to helping others ‘Find and Follow’ Jesus in life changing ways.
We join with God in being ‘For the One’ because we have seen that living with others in mind often leads to so much of the purpose, joy, and contentment we are all seeking.
God loves everyone, everywhere, all the time, but when He changes lives, He changes one life at a time!
God is For the One!

· He’s for the one who is Broken
· He’s for the one in need of Hope
We believe that everything we have comes from God and that giving is part of our response to Him. We want to do what He wants with all areas of our lives, including our money; it is the generosity of the church family that enables us to pursue our vision.
